We build the perfect A-team for your job, with our two producer team combining account service and production management into one tidy unit, working hand-in-hand towards the same, client-centric goals.
Having collaborated over the years with a mix of amazing directors here and overseas, our contacts are impressive. We don't find scripts for directors, we find directors for scripts, leveraging freelance talent and loan-outs, globally. No set roster, just the perfect fit.

Palomina works with your creative partners, whether it be an in-house team or in a hybrid model with an agency. We manage the production pipeline right through delivery and beyond, taking care of everything from creative feasibility and initial ball-parking through to talent rollovers and CAD.
Working cost-plus means flexibility and complete transparency throughout the process - campaigns cost what they cost, with no hidden profit margins. With a low mark up and low overheads, we work to get as much of the budget as we can on screen.

This is two-fold for us - industry-leading sustainability practices, forging our own path towards carbon neutral production, as well as sustainable relationships with clients, built on trust and transparency.
We are members of Green the Bid and are developing our own platform for carbon off-sets and emission reductions in our sector.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Kate Merrin and Rachel Gilkison have been working in the world of film and TV production collectively, here and overseas, for some 40 years.
Our backgrounds with big ideas and big executions means together, we bring a level of expertise second to none. Founding Palomina in 2020, we combined our experience to shape what we consider to be a more sustainable, more responsible, more nimble production model.
